Keeree Kanjanapas, the founder and chair of BTS Group Holdings, operator of Bangkok's famous Skytrain, has steadily gained since spinning off the MRT business to an infrastructure fund in 2013. In a bid to boost its property business, Kanjanapas formed a new joint venture in December with SET-listed developer Sansiri to jointly build condo towers along mass transit stations.
